Step One

Open My Computer.It is located on the windows desktop or in the

Start Menu-->Programs area.

Step Two

Select Tools-->Map Network Drive.

Step Three

Select an available drive letter which does not have anything associated with it already.

Step Four

Type in the network path to the folder being mapped. It comes in the form \\servername\sharename. This information will be provided to you in an email.It is recommended you select Reconnect at logon. Click Finish.

Step Five

If your computer asks you for a username/pwd, type a username of AP1\username and your password for your AP1 account. (eg.AP1\ways or AP1\smithj)

Step Six

You’re done. You should now see new drive available under My Computer.
