HOW WE COMMUNICATE
There are times during the year when we will need to get important messages to you. While it's not reasonable to think we can reach thousands of students by phone, we look for effective ways to make sure you get the information you need. Here's how, together, we can open the lines of communication so that you get important messages you need.
E-CARDS THROUGH EMAIL
Periodically, we send out important notices by e-card. We know other departments send these messages too, so we try to limit our distribution to messages that require action on your part, or reminders that will help you keep your registration or account in good standing. Please read all notices from us. We wouldn't send any if they weren't important to your financial good standing!
We send these messages to your McMaster email account. To ensure you get our messages, please enable your McMaster email account. Click on University Technology Services for enabling directions. If you prefer to use another email, You can link your McMaster email to your preferred email account so you don't miss anything.

We change our "Did You Know" messages with seasonal messages to help you keep in good financial status. Check our website often for messages.
MUGSI MESSAGES
Activate your MacID and log on to MUGSI for important messages. We are not the only department that put messages there.
