POLICY:

  1. PURPOSE

    To ensure that certain shipments receive additional control and are not delayed in transit.

  2. SCOPE

    This policy applies to shipments that are urgently required because of their nature, e.g. - perishable, time sensitive, high value etc.

  3. RESPONSIBILITY

    It is the responsibility of the shipper/receiver to contact Customs & Traffic with the name of the carrier, the date it was shipped, the air waybill number or bill of lading number and the commodity in order to trace the shipment.
