Financial Systems Access
New Employees
Once an employee is hired by the department and approved by Human Resources, an employee profile is completed. This employee profile is required before Financial Services can set up access for new employees.
Once approved by Human Resources, please complete and submit the following form to request the set-up of financial access for a new employee. The form can be used to obtain access for any or all of the following financial applications:
- Cheque Requisitions
- Payment Request
- Labour Distribution
- Journal Entries
- FAS Account Viewing Access
- FAS E-Reports (AM090/091)
- Financial Applications
Existing Employees
