NOTE: This training requires you to pre-register with the FHSc Safety Office. Contact us at extension 24956 or by e-mail to the Biosafety Office. BSL 2+ and BSL 3 training are required only if it is recommended by the Presidential Biosafety Advisory Committee.

Completing basic Biosafety Level 2 Training is required before you are eligible for BSL 2+ or BSL 3 training.

The BSL 2+ training session is three hours in length beginning at 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.

You must complete the BSL 2+ training before participating in BSL 3 training. The BSL 3 training is three hours in length and usually follows the 2+ training. Please indicate to our office your interest in the BSL 3 training.
