A) The biohazard approval process is a review of procedures and physical facilities you plan to use.

B) Review and complete the Biosecurity Plan Information and maintain in your lab for annual audit.

C) PHAC Quiz for Principal Investigators on the Laboratory Biosafety Guidelines.

D) CFIA Quiz for Principal Investigators when using animal pathogens or zoonotics.

E) HPIR Quiz for Principal Investigators who hold a biosafety approval and TDG trained individuals.

F) Biosafety Import Permit information page.

G) Transportation of Dangerous Goods (TDG) training schedule. TDG trained individuals are required to receive and send biohazardous materials.
