An Information Needs Model has been derived from the information needs gathered, the data source location analysis and evaluation of the state of the data. The information needs model is a graphical representation of the ease with which given information needs can be supported in the target BI environment.

The information needs model uses a colour scheme for each given BI requirement. These represent, in the current context, a collection of reports or analyses that have been identified.
