Requests

The following forms are used to make various requests to the Office of Institutional Research and Analysis Office.

Data Request

Please visit University Statistics and peruse the Fact Book on our website for various data reports. If you cannot find what you need there please send your request to IRA. Requests will generally be completed within ten business days but may take longer depending on complexity. In many cases, someone in our office will contact you to discuss your request in more detail. Please note we do not provide information on individual students, faculty or staff.

Please give us as much notice as possible when requesting data.
