2011 CUPA Annual Conference

June 15th, 16th, 17th

Please join us for the 2011 CUPA annual conference to be held at McMaster University's Main Campus.

The Conference begins Wednesday afternoon with early registration and a pre-conference Professional Development Workshop.

A conference welcome reception will be held on Wednesday evening from 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m., at the McMaster University Club, on campus. There is a conference registration Thursday morning followed by all-day sessions in Convocation Hall. Thursday evening there will be a dinner reception at the Art Gallery of Hamilton. The conference sessions will end at 11:30 a.m. on Friday, June 17th, with an afternoon of golf to follow; for those interested.

McMaster University Main Campus is located at 1280 Main St. West, Hamilton, Ontario, L8S 4L8.

Parking areas for the 2011 CUPA Conference include Lot H, Lot I and the Underground Stadium Parking Lot (see highlighted areas on map in link above). Parking passes are not required to enter these parking areas, but are required in order to exit the specified parking lots. When registering, please indicate whether you will require a 1, 2 or 3 day parking pass for your time at the conference.

Day 2 Registration:
   Thursday, June 16th
   8:00 a.m. - 8:45 a.m.
   Convocation Hall – University Hall, 2nd Floor

Art Gallery of Hamilton

McMaster is pleased to provide CUPA conference attendees with dinner at the Art Gallery of Hamilton (AGH) on Thursday, June 16th. The AGH is currently one of the largest art galleries in Ontario and is located at 123 King Street West in Hamilton. From 6:00pm to 9:00pm, conference attendees will have the opportunity to self-tour the AGH exhibits, as well as the outdoor sculpture garden. Cocktail hour and hors d’oeuvres will be served from 6:00pm-7:30pm. A cash bar will be available at this time. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm, followed by dessert. During dessert, there will be a special tribute to Marty England.
