Welcome to the Arts & Science website. The Arts & Science Program broke new ground in undergraduate education in Canada when it enrolled its first cohort of students in 1981. It was designed as a rigorous interdisciplinary program aimed at students who showed themselves capable of performing at a high level in both Arts and Science subjects. The Program continues to offer many unique features. Please click on a menu selection to learn more about us.

Getting Started

Welcome First Year Arts & Science Students!

Registration begins July 2, 2009. Before you are able to access the online registration system through MUGSI, you must activate your MacID. Go to https://adweb.cis.mcmaster.ca/CIS/UD4031 and input your student number, barcode (on your Offer of Admission letter) and date of birth. Follow the instructions to set your password.
