Complete the implementation of the Infosilem Examination Administration tool used by McMaster University Registrar's Office staff to manage the examination timetable
Provide course and individual examination timetables to students, staff and faculty in graphical format via a weblink

Complete a current state analysis of this project that identifies the tasks and resources needed to complete the installation and implementation of the Infosilem Examination Administration software
In conjunction with Registrar's Office staff, build a detailed project plan that will ensure the work needed to install and configure this application is completed in time for the Winter Examination Scheduling cycle that begins in September 2010
Monitor the plan to ensure tasks are completed as scheduled
