Provide McMaster University staff the tools and processes needed to manage all university locations used for academic instruction
Convert the Event Room Management software currently used by the Registrar's Office to the upgraded Enterprise application that will run on a server platform supported and maintained by UTS
Provide room booking reporting for crisis management and other needs

Approach

Define detailed requirements for the configuration of the Enterprise Room Management application
Configure and install this application with both robust and recoverable test and production environments
Migrate the current Event data to the new system and configure integration with other data sources as needed
Provide staff training and documentation of processes and procedures
