To appeal an instructor's decision to reduce your grade or give you a mark of zero on an assignment, print out the Dishonesty Appeals Form, fill it out, and submit the form within three weeks of the date of the decision to:

To appeal a Faculty Adjudicator’s decision, regarding either the finding of academic dishonesty and/or the penalty imposed, you must appeal to the Senate Board of Student Appeals within three weeks of receipt of the decision. The policy is located at:
